ABOUT ME
I am a person who loves my work and who is passionate about helping others, living life as it naturally unfolds. I have a continued desire for personal and spiritual growth and development - living my life simply, mindfully and with intention. I love nature, yoga, visual arts, and dance.

I have found myself in the last 3 years deepening into an understanding of my true nature and of the mind body connection and how it plays a role in my physiotherapy practice. This unique approach has been guided by my inner wisdom and has facilitated self-healing of each person’s physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
EXPERIENCE
I have been practicing physiotherapy for 13 years, the first clinician who brought pelvic health to the forefront in Ottawa at an all-male private clinic. I have created and delivered presentations for women’s health at Health and Wellness Expos, entrepreneur networking groups, and Mommy Connection groups. I am a strong advocate for others overall health and well-being. I love to network and share the awareness and importance of pelvic health in the local communities of Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex.
