Do you want to build a healthier relationship to your period? Or clear blocks from your sacral chakra? What does your womb want you to know?
There is a softness and sacredness to being a woman, being able to connect with our nurturing side and creativity. It can become challenging to slow down and to be more present with our emotions, sensations and connect with our physical body on a deeper level.
I love to create more awareness and empower women of their own essence, connection and femininity - by bringing up and acknowledging how well our body can communicate and speak what it is that it needs from us. Our pelvic floor is a space where we can store quite a lot of emotions, stress and tension. This is very common and is how we are able to process and let go of certain tramas, experiences and energies. We hold a lot of power and creative energy is our womb space - directly connecting to our sacral, root, and throat chakras.
A curious question comes to mind- how do you visualize your womb space or pelvic bowl? It can be so helpful and nurturing to develop a relationship and connection to this space at any time in a woman's life. If we can become more restored and quiet and calm in our body, then there is more of a chance for our womb to find healing and nourish the body from the inside out. As one of the functions of the pelvic floor, and my most favourite function - the sump pump - our pelvic space is so important to connect the upper and lower parts of our body and to move lymphatics, circulation, and nutrients.
Exploring this space and clearing the energy is so important to reclaiming our feminine power and feel more centred and grounded in our body. It also helps to clear our mind of clutter and brain fog - by regularly meditating and making space for restorative poses. This can be valuable at any time, especially post partum and transitioning into menopause.
I would love to work with you and help guide you to find your inner womb connection, bringing more energy and safety to this space! And for you to share your unique expression of moving your body and returning to balance.
